Indian Spice Rub
 
Curry meets the barbeque, who knew! This wonderfully aromatic blend can be rubbed into meat, tossed on roasted vegetable, added to dips and of course, even be used to make delectable curries. 
 
Ingredients: Himalayan rock salt, cumin, coriander, turmeric, ginger, red pepper, cinnamon, black pepper, fenugreek, mustard, cardamom, onion, garlic, cayenne.
